Corsa Performance Exhaust Announces Sponsorship of NayKid Racing's Corvette Z06 Team
April 26, 2004BEREA, Ohio – (April 26, 2004) – CORSA Performance, an engineering and manufacturing company that specializes in high performance stainless steel exhaust products for the automotive industry, is an associate sponsor of the NayKid Racing Chevrolet Corvette Z06 team competing in the Sports Car Club of America (SCCA) T1 National Championship series.

The Puyallup, Wash.-based NayKid Racing team won 11 of 13 SCCA T1 races entered in 2003, earned 15 podium finishes, 11 pole positions and set six track records on the way to two divisional championships.
In addition to supplying the Corvette Z06 exhaust system, the sponsorship deal includes placing CORSA Performance logos on all NayKid Racing team drivers' suits, vehicles and banners. CORSA Performance literature is also distributed at all NayKid Racing events.

NayKid Racing will be running three KUMHO Tire/Suburban Chevrolet/RedlineOil/Kodiak Racing Chevrolet Corvette Z06s this season. The trio of Scotty B. White (driving the No. 3), Cindi Lux (driving the No. 78) and team newcomer Ryan Snodgrass (driving the No. 75) hope to dominate again this season.
Since its creation in 1998, Naykid Racing has earned six SCCA division T1 titles as well as five SCCA Pro Solo Championships and seven Solo 11 titles. Naykid Racing was the first Corvette team to win a SPEED World Challenge GT race at Mosport in 1999.
